I’m Forest Miller, a Speed and Strength Coach based in Tampa, Florida, helping athletes build real speed, strength, and durability through science-backed, movement-first training.
My background spans Division I sports performance, yoga-based mobility, and elite-level coaching. I currently work with renowned speed coach Sherman Armstrong at VAST Sports Performance. I coach national champions and All-Americans at the VAST Track Club, I train District Champions, Sickles High School Basketball, and work alongside top professional athletes at Optimal Athlete Kollective under Theo Aasen.
